Service Web design Area Louisiana + Gulf region Since 2009

Baton Rouge web design for businesses that need a real one.

Custom websites for Louisiana companies. Hand-coded where it matters. Designed to do operational work — surface specs, route quotes, hold up to procurement, earn the call back.

What we build

Sites that get used, not just admired.

A website is the most-used asset most businesses own. The ones that work aren't decorated. They're built to do specific operational jobs.

What goes into a build

  • Discovery and brief — what the site needs to do, who it's for
  • Information architecture and content planning
  • Design direction matched to your sector
  • Hand-coded build, or WordPress when that's the right call
  • ADA compliance baseline (WCAG 2.2 AA)
  • Mobile-first responsive
  • On-page SEO and schema markup
  • Analytics, forms, and integrations

What we don't do

  • $500 template sites — not the work we're good at
  • Logo design as a standalone — branding runs separately
  • Specialized platform setups (medical EHR, restaurant booking) — sectors where buyers expect platforms we don't work with
  • Social media management
  • Paid ads as a primary service
  • One-off projects with no follow-on potential
Serving Louisiana

Baton Rouge first. The Gulf region second.

Most of our work is in Baton Rouge. Significant work in Lafayette, New Orleans, Lake Charles, and Shreveport. Adjacent work in the broader Gulf region — Beaumont and Houston, Jackson and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Mobile and the Alabama coast.

Why local matters

A Baton Rouge web design firm is going to understand your search competition, your procurement environment, your trade associations, and your buyer's actual buying patterns better than a remote agency three time zones away. The work isn't about local cuteness. It's about understanding what wins in your market.

Working with the firm

We work the way a real firm works. Real people on the call. Real progress between calls. The phone gets answered. Project communication runs the way you'd expect from a professional services relationship — clear scope, regular updates, decisions documented, deliverables on schedule.

How it works

The build process.

Phase 01

Discovery

What the site needs to do. Who it's for. What it has to outperform. What success looks like ninety days after launch.

Phase 02

Design

Visual direction, page-level design, content treatment. One round of revisions per phase. No design-by-committee.

Phase 03

Build

Hand-coded or WordPress, whichever is right. ADA-baseline. Mobile-first. Schema markup. Analytics wired in.

Phase 04

Launch + run

Launch, monitor, refine. For most clients, business development runs alongside on a monthly basis from launch onward.

Pricing

Engagements start from $7,500 for custom builds.

Final pricing depends on scope — number of pages, complexity of features, whether business development runs alongside, and whether custom development is part of the project. Ongoing business development typically runs from $3,000 monthly.

The first conversation is free. So is the scope of work that comes after. Pricing is decided after we understand what you're actually trying to do, not before.

Common questions

Things buyers usually want to know.

What does a custom website actually cost?

Engagements start from $7,500 for custom builds. Most projects fall somewhere between $7,500 and $25,000 depending on scope. Custom development, e-commerce, and multi-site rollouts run higher.

The reason we don't publish fixed prices: scope varies more than the price does. A five-page site for a contractor and a fifteen-page site for an engineering firm with vendor portal integration are not the same project. The conversation comes first.

How long does a typical project take?

Most custom builds ship in 30 to 60 days. Smaller projects can ship in two to three weeks. Anything involving custom development, integrations, or a large content build runs longer.

Do you use WordPress, or custom code?

Both. WordPress when WordPress is the right call — typically when ongoing content editing by a non-technical team matters. Custom code when performance, security, or specific functionality demands it. The choice is made for the project, not by default.

What if I already have a designer or already have a brand?

That's fine. We work alongside existing design and brand assets when they exist. We can refine an existing brand or build from scratch — depends on what's there and what the project needs.

Do you do business development too, or just the site?

Both. The two are sold together as one offer because they work together. A site without ongoing business development tends to sit. Business development runs as a monthly engagement and covers local SEO, content production, Google Business Profile management, conversion tuning, and monthly strategy.

Do you serve sectors outside Louisiana?

Yes. The bulk of the work is Louisiana — Baton Rouge primarily, with strong representation across Lafayette, New Orleans, Lake Charles, and Shreveport. Adjacent Gulf-region work includes Texas (Beaumont, Houston metro), Mississippi (Jackson, the Gulf Coast), and Alabama (Mobile).
